Project Manager
With keen eye for each detail and natural talent for project management, Jennifer brings her love of learning and passion for customer care to each Workbench project. Since joining the construction team she has overseen daily job site operations on multi-family projects and ADU builds, while interfacing closely with sub-contractors and owners. She also continues to provide post-sale care to owners of The Dwellings.
Outside of work you'll find Jennifer enjoying Santa Cruz life: hanging with her cats, mountain biking with friends, or heading out for an evening surf.

Bonny Doon Community
Jennifer worked for years as the Beauregard Vineyards full-time Tasting Room Manager in Bonny Doon. While in this role, she fell in love with this beautifully unique community—so much so that she returns every other month to help coordinate events at the winery so she can catch up with all her favorite Bonny Doon locals. Having been strongly connected to the community during the CZU complex fires and knowing many people who lost their homes, she is enthusiastic about the potential opportunity to facilitate a fire rebuild within the mountain community that she has grown to love.
