Matt likes to say he began his career working as a broke college graduate during the financial crisis as a Peet's barista and working for a dry cleaner reading books on real estate and finance in the aisles of book stores. Matt has been involved in real estate in a variety of capacities since 2013.
Matt met Workbench in 2018 looking for a developer to help him on one of his own properties and fell in love with the company's people and mission. Matt joined Workbench in 2023. His role at Workbench is to handle new business, strategic partnerships, and site acquisitions. To date Matt has brought over 2 Million in fee for services work to the studio.
